**   Kripalu bodywork -  Massage Therapy- A soothing full-body Swedish massage that incorporates breathing and meditative focus. While focus is placed on the physical tissue a holistic approach attends to the mind, body, and spirit connection. A treatment to stimulate energy flow and release tensions. 60 & 90 minutes sessions

SHIRODHARA

- A deeply relaxing treatment using warm herbalized oils poured in a gentle stream onto the forehead to soothe and calm the nervous system. Synchronizes brain waves, calms the mind, enhances blood circulation to the brain, nourishes the hair and scalp, and generally aids in release of stress and tension 30-45 minutes     

S.A.N. (Shiro-Abhyanga-Nasya) A head, neck, face, and shoulder treatment to stimulate lymph in the head and help drain sinuses. Perfect for season change or common ailments. Eucalyptus steam is administered along with herbally medicated nose drops. Known for cleansing, lubricating, and strengthening mucous membrane, keep the nasal passages open, and increase resistance to foreign substances. Includes Head and shoulder massage as well as body steam.  30-45 minute treatment                     

TANDEM AVAILABLE for ALL Ayurvedic sessions and spa packages.

This is especially helpful for the light detox that these treatments offer to the major systems of the body.
