Abhyanga/Garshana

Garshana, an ancient treatment featuring a dry lymphatic massage with silk gloves is followed by Abhyanga; a customized rhythmic herbal warm oil treatment. The silk glove massage awakens the lymphatic flow of the body enlivening the skin’s ability to absorb the therapeutic affects of the Ayurvedic healing oils. Also is the choice for steamed towels  to complete your treatment.           *Treatments are 45-60 minutes             $85

Vishesh

A vigorous, rhythmic treatment using herbalized oils . This treatment breaks up adhesions, stimulates lymphatic flow, and guides impurities out of the body.  Vishesh is a deep tissue form of Abhyanga. With special impact on the musculoskeletal system, the vishesh strokes are slower than Abhyanga strokes. Using deeper, constant pressure, Vishesh is designed to break up fibrous scar tissue that accumulates in the musculature as a result of excessive mental, physical, and emotional stress . Garshana can be added.     *Treatments are 45-60 minutes             $85
