Boston, Newport/Aquidneck Island  and Cape Cod

PACKAGES by the day.

1)  The Sukha --- the  "To be happy"  package

* Garshana Abyhanga style /Massage Therapy session   - parts of this is given by two
therapists working on the client

* 1.5 hours,   $120 per person per day

* If you wish, you could add on a 30 minute shirodhara treatment to
this for $45.  (total $165 pp)

2)  The Utthita   ---   the   extended package

* A Garshana Abyhanga style / Massage Therapy session with portions given by two therapists
working on the client -  followed with a clay oil treatment.

* A truly nourishing experience  with warm towels and deep rest.

* 1.75-2 hours,  $155 per person per day

* If you wish,  you could add on a 30 minute  shirodhara treatment to
this for $45.  (total $200)

3)  PRANA PAK   ---   the   breathe easier  full body energizing  package

* A Garshana Abyhanga style / Massage Therapy session with portions given by two therapists
working on the client -  followed with a clay oil treatment. Also incorporating warm towels and deep rest.

 *  Included is SANS treatment for each spa guest. A head neck and shoulder oleation followed with a respiratory steam treatment and Herbally medicated nose drops.

* 2.5 hours, $190 per person per day

* If you wish,  you could add on a 30 minute  shirodhara treatment to
this for $45.  (total $235)

Coming soon a B&B INSPIRATION package including 1/1 breathwork and yoga tutorial along with your deep massage session.  All this takes place in your Berkshire or Newport B&B. What better a way to really sink in and relax than to have your treatments in the setting of your choice.

1.5 hour Deeper Meditative Massage

30 minute pranayam/breathwork session

or design your own extended B&B session.

Usual retreat can be anywhere from 2-4 days. Of course we can always talk about longer at home set ups or discounts on buying your own tables to have in your home or second residence.

We can also reccomend AMAZING Ayurvedic Consultants in each destination area to compliment your sessions. Meet with them then based on their reccomendations we can design a package especially for you. Or have your bodywork then follow it up with a consultation to help bring this into your daily life.
